APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
All services are by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
TREATMENT EXPECTATIONS
Results vary by individual. Laser hair removal typically requires multiple treatments. Estimates provided during consultation are based on typical outcomes and are not guarantees. Individual results depend on hair color, skin type, hormonal factors, and treatment area.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and cash. Package pricing requires full payment at the time of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after the first treatment has been completed.
LIABILITY
LaserLoft uses FDA-cleared equipment operated by trained professionals. Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical history and follow pre- and post-treatment instructions. LaserLoft is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow care instructions.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
